6l. Load runs
pnpm load --target https://<an application> --record docs/LOAD.mdscripts/load.mjs over every route in load/budget.json: requests a second, p50/p95/p99 and the answers by status, held to the route's budget, recorded in docs/LOAD.md. Weekly by load.yml against DIVVENT_LOAD_TARGET (a repository variable: staging's canary), and by hand against a preview or divvent dev. Never in the gate. From one address, so a 429 on a counted route is the tenant's own rate limit holding — reported, not an error.
