The Needs you page

The front page lists what is waiting on you in every application, most urgent first, and below it your applications and where each one has got to.

Needs you is the first page you see after signing in. It answers one question: what is waiting on me? Below that are your applications, each with the next step.

What is waiting on you

The list at the top shows everything waiting on you, in any of your applications, with the most urgent first. Each item is one sentence and one button. Where an item is about one application, its name comes first.

You only see an item if you can do what its button does. Two people in the same company can see different lists.

When nothing is waiting, the page says Nothing is waiting on you.

Something that failed always comes before a decision, and a decision before housekeeping. For a company with no application yet, creating one comes first of all.

Who may approve which change

A change is only in your list if it is yours to approve:

Some changes are checked by our team before anything is built. Those don't appear here, because there is nothing for you to do yet. See Read a change and approve it and People and roles.

What the buttons open

A read-only account

If your account is read-only (a free trial that ended, or a payment that didn't come in), that isn't an item in the list. It is a banner across the top of every page, this one included, until the account is back on a plan. See Sign up and your free trial.

Your applications

Below the list is Applications. Each application shows its name, one word saying where it has got to, one sentence, and one button for the next step. The ones that need you come first.

WordWhat it meansButton
Waiting for youOne or more changes are waiting for you to approve.Review the change
Not describedNothing has been described yet. If you've described it and our team is checking the first proposal, the sentence says so and there's nothing for you to do yet.Describe the business, or See where it got to
Ready to releaseA version is approved but not running anywhere yet.Release it, or See where it got to if a change is with our team
LiveA version is running. The sentence says which version, and where; each place it runs is a link.Ask for a change

If your role can't ask for changes (viewers and finance approvers), the button reads See its changes instead. Pressing an application's name opens its Changes.

Below the applications are New application, which opens Create your first application, and Marketplace, where the templates are. See Templates and the marketplace.
